4 teaspoon Paprika
4 Tablespoons of olive oil
2 pounds of potatoes
Himalayan salt to taste
Sour cream topping
A small Handful of fresh dill, finely chopped
1 cup of sour cream
1 glove of garlic, chopped
Freshly ground organic black pepper
A baking tray lightly greased
Preheat oven to 400F
Put the oil and the potatoes in a bowl until the potatoes are all covered in oil.
Roll the potatoes in the Paprika until all coated.
Put them in the preheated oven for 1 hour or until the skin is golden crisp.
Mix the sour cream, dill, garlic and pepper in a separate bowl.
Cut a cross in the potatoes and fill with the sour cream mixture, Sprinkle with salt and serve
